How this works: Theoretical max points = hours/day × 60 minutes ÷ 2 minutes per point (1 point earned per 2 minutes of work). Points at a given utilisation % = theoretical max × utilisation %. Concurrency multiplies this further to reflect technicians who can run more than one job at once. The gain shown is the difference between your baseline and scenario settings.
